FAQ on Ordering

Questions about ordering from Aikuisten Lelukauppa? We've put together FAQs that hopefully answer your questions.

  • I'd like to place an order, do you ship abroad?
    Yes! You can order our products to any country in the world. The shipping costs will be counted according to the weight of the package.

  • Why do you use economy mail?
    We use economy mail to ensure our clients the lowest possible price. Even with economy mail, the maximum shipping time is no longer than 10 days.

  • Can I return the products I've purchased?
    If you feel like you want to return your order, please note that in that case the shipping costs will be on the client's side. As our clients live all over the world, unfortunately we are unable to provide free shipping for returns.

  • How do I know which size fits me best when purchasing a shirt?
    Please see the size chart at the bottom of the "Aikuisten lelukauppa merchandise" - page. Generally speaking, the sizes are quite fitted (if you are unsure of your size, we suggest order up a size)

  • How can I pay?
    All orders abroad are paid through the PayPal- service. It is a secure payment system that is widely used all over the world. When you've chosen the products you want to order, PayPal redirects you to the payment site. In most countries' case credit card payment is the only (and best) option. In case you don't have a credit card, please contact us through email. We also accept cash payments but don't encourage this to our clients as there are always risks when sending cash money in the mail.

  • How does the payment work if my currency is not the Euro?
    Paypal converts the purchase price to your currency as well. Exchange rates vary according to credit card companies and the time of the purchase.

  • What if I want to make changes in my order after sending it?
    If you want to add products to your order or remove some of them, please contact us by email ASAP. This way the order can be sent correctly straight away. (Please see the question & answer on our return policy)

  • How do I know my order has been shipped?
    When your package has been sent, you will receive a notification from us. In the same email, the expected time of arrival is stated as well.

  • Can I purchase authentic Aikuisten lelukauppa products anywhere else?
    Aikuisten lelukauppa merchandise is only available in our store and through our website. If you see our products sold elsewhere, they are bound to be fakes.
